ORDERING AND DELIVERY

All our orders are shipped for free.

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you entered on the order form and in accordance with your chosen delivery option. If you order different products that must be delivered to different addresses, you must place a separate order for each delivery address.

Delivery and shipping dates provided by us are estimates only and we will not be liable for any possible loss, damage or cost if delivery cannot be made according to the specified delivery and shipping dates. If one or more ordered products are not in stock, this can lead to the entire order being delayed. If this is the case, you will receive an estimate of the delay by email. Ownership and risk of loss of your product (s) will be transferred to you upon delivery of the product (s). As soon as we have handed over your order to the carrier, we will send you an email confirming the shipment.

The delivery is carried out by DHL. Although we pack your order with care and check it in advance, damage can occur during transport. If you have received a damaged product, please always contact our service department support@govizu.com before returning the product


Not at home?

If you are not at home when our delivery person is at the door, he / she will try to deliver it to the neighbors. If that also fails, the order will be taken to a DHL collection point. There you can pick up the package after message.
